Cristiano Ronaldo scores TWICE on his Al-Nassr return through a penalty and a pacey run and finish as Rudi Garcia’s side keep up pursuit of Saudi Pro League leaders Al-Ittihad with thumping 5-0 win over Al-Adalah
Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice as Al-Nassr won on the return of the Saudi Pro League.
The Portuguese scored his 10th and 11th goals of the season as Al-Nassr won convincingly away from home.
His first came from the penalty spot, which gave Al-Nassr the lead on the stroke of half-time. While his second appeared to see him cast the years back.
Picking the ball up on the left-hand side, just outside the box, he knocked the ball past his opposite man before sending the ball arrowing across the goalkeeper and into the far corner, sparking wild scenes.
Talisca, the club’s Brazilian winger, also grabbed two goals as they kept up their pursuit of Al-Ittihad at the top of the Saudi Pro League.
Ayman Yahya grabbed a fifth deep into added time.
