The pop star’s boyfriend Travis Kelce caught a 23-yard pass from Mahomes that made the quarterback the Kansas City Chiefs’ all-time leader in passing yards
That’s her man!
Taylor Swift beamed with pride while watching boyfriend Travis Kelce during the NFL season-opener on Thursday, Sept. 5 — and shared a hug with his mom, Donna, when the Kansas City Chiefs star helped quarterback Patrick Mahomes set a new franchise record.
With the score 10-7 in the second quarter, Mahomes scrambled away from pressure to throw a deep, 23-yard pass to Kelce.
After No. 87 caught the ball, Swift rose to her feet to embrace Donna. As she continued to clap, the pop star briefly placed her palm on the suite’s plexiglass before smiling widely after the tight end pointed in her direction.
With the catch, Kelce solidified Mahomes’ spot in the Chiefs’ record books, making the quarterback the all-time leader in passing yards.
Last season, the Chiefs stars surpassed the longtime record held by another famous QB-TE tandem — Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski — for most postseason touchdowns by a pair.

Mahomes finished the game on Thursday night by going 20 of 28 for 291 yards, and 28,715 career yards.
And happily for Swift, the final score — 27-20 Chiefs — was something to celebrate.
In a Instagram Story, the “August” singer and Chariah Gordon, the fiancée of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr., checked in on each other’s emotional state.
“How are you feeling after this victory?” Swift asked Gordon.
“I am feeling great after this victory, how are you feeling, sissy pop?” Gordon replied.“I’m feeling fantastic!” Swift shared, which then prompted an impromptu celebration by the two women.
